ROCKWOOL ProRox® PS 978 IN WR-Tech Pipe Section is a heavy-duty mandrel-wound stone wool pipe section with WR-Tech binder for water repellency and reduced corrosion-under-insulation exposure. The split-and-hinged format supports accurate, fast installation.

Recommended applications: High-temperature industrial pipework subject to mechanical loading.

• Maximum service temperature 680°C
• WR-Tech water repellency
• Preformed for accurate fitting
• Suitable for use over stainless steel

Technical highlights: Flame spread index ≤25; smoke development index ≤50; water absorption ≤0.2 kg/m² after 24-hour preheating at 250°C. Maximum service temperature: 680°C.
